Overseas Property Professional

DENNIS PHILLIPS has left The International Law Partnership (formerly John Howell & Co) to launch his own law firm called Phillips. It will specialise in dealing with English-speaking clients’ overseas property affairs.

Phillips started at ILP in its Spanish department and says he gained a wealth of experience heading up the emerging markets division since February 2004, providing legal services to English-speaking clients in Croatia, Dubai and Turkey.

London-based Phillips says he would be “pleased to hear from those in the industry that appreciate the value of independent lawyers in their business referral networks”.
